Last year in Tatarstan the number of requests for people's control decreased. If 92 thousand requests are received in 2024, then in 2025 there will be 86 thousand. This dynamic is explained by the gradual resolution of many common problems and reducing the number of repeated applications, the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development of Tatarstan told Realnoe Vremya.
In total, since the launch of the portal, citizens in the region have registered 743,818 applications. The average number of daily incoming messages remained stable at 246. The largest number of active users of the service are between the ages of 25 and 34 years old.
Citizens' priorities have remained largely unchanged: in terms of number of requests, landscaping is leading (26.2 thousand applications in 2025, 27.5 thousand in 2024), road maintenance and repair (16.6 thousand applications in 2025 compared to 14.6 thousand a year earlier). The number of requests for traffic management, outdoor lighting and home maintenance is also increasing.

One of the significant changes is the integration of “People's Control” with the feedback platform, allowing users to interact more conveniently with the authorities. An important addition is the appearance of a “Security” section, which receives requests for established facts about drug distribution and financial fraud.
The developers announced a further update to the functionality of the application: soon it will be possible to submit applications only after authorization through the Unified Identification and Authentication System (USIA), which will increase the security of data submission and speed up application processing.
