Rostov Region, December 18, 2025, DON24.RU. The first working meeting on improving the management of apartment buildings (MKD) was held in the Rostov region. This is reported on the Don government website. The event was organized by the Regional Ministry of Housing and Social Services on behalf of the Governor of the Rostov Region, Yury Slyusar. The meeting was chaired by the region's Minister of Housing and Social Services, Antonina Pshenichnaya, and included representatives of the State Housing Inspectorate, the Rostov-on-Don administration and the city's management organizations. Antonina Pshenichnaya, opening the meeting said: “Our common goal is to facilitate a continuous constructive dialogue between the owners and the management organization. During the discussions, the participants addressed the accumulated complaints of residents about the heating system, water supply, the work of emergency services and the maintenance of common property. Significant attention was paid to the digitalization of the housing sector and communal services, in particular the speed of working with state housing and communal services information system, the introduction of the “State Services.Home” service and the establishment of communication with residents through the MAX messaging application. The head of the State Housing Inspectorate of the region, Pavel Astashev, reported on the new rules and requirements for reporting by regulatory organizations from March 1, 2026 and the need to post reports in the Housing and Social Services GIS. The Minister of Housing and Social Services called on companies to take all measures to operate without problems during the hot season. She specifically pointed out the obligation of the Criminal Code to immediately report all emergency situations to municipalities and the Ministry through the ministry's 24-hour hotlines: 240-13-79 and 240-13-60.
