This was reported by the press service of the Russian General Internal Affairs Directorate in charge of the Rostov region. — The final competition of professional skills “The best in the profession” in 2025 was held at the Rostov Law Institute of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. This time, the best executive officer of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in charge of the Rostov Region has been identified. A total of 46 police officers participated in the competition. The competition traditionally includes several tests. Police officers must demonstrate knowledge of legal and service training, as well as undergo various practical competitions in firefighting, physical and medical training. Based on the results of the fierce competition, the three best contestants of the contest were determined. Third place went to the executive duty officer of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in charge of the Peschanokopsky district, police captain Yury Shchitov. The executive duty officer of the Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in charge of the Belokalitvinsky District, Senior Police Lieutenant Sergei Vasyutin, ascended the second step of the pedestal. The winner of the competition was the executive duty officer of the Morozovsky Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (Milyutinskaya Station Police Department), police captain Sergei Ikryannikov, the message said.
