In 2025, at the centers of continuing education and advanced training of creative and management personnel in the cultural field, more than 500 Don specialists were trained, and another 1,200 specialists received the necessary knowledge at regional courses. This was reported by the press service of the Rostov regional government.
According to her information, students can choose an educational program that suits them from a fairly wide range, including a program to work with people with disabilities.
“Not only creative workers but also employees of cultural and administrative institutions – accountants, human resources specialists and procurement specialists – have acquired new skills,” the announcement said.
Since 2025, training activities have been carried out with federal budget funds within the framework of the activities “Ensuring the operation of the management system in the field of culture” of the state program “Cultural Development” of the Russian Federation.
From 2019 to 2024, 5,262 cultural and artistic workers in Don have improved their skills under the National Project “Culture”.
