A large-scale celebration of the “First Movement” took place in Rostov-on-Don – about a thousand children from all over the Rostov region summed up the results of the year. This was reported by the Department of Information Policy of the Government of the Rostov Region.
“The celebration was attended by children, mentors, representatives of public and non-profit organizations, educational and youth policy institutions, as well as friends and partners,” the message said.
At the conference, the regional award “First on the Don” found heroes: children and students, teachers of the “primary” movement, representatives of the “Family and loved ones” community, the best “First” teams in the municipalities of the Don and representatives of local authorities who made an especially great contribution to the development of the movement were awarded.
In addition, the best volunteer and media teams of the “Pioneer Movement”, participants of the final of the all-Russian game “Zarnitsa 2.0.”, winners of the all-Russian project “Keepers of History” were recognized.
At the conference, the traditional all-Russian campaign “Santa Claus for Russian Children” was launched: the youngest “First” will congratulate representatives of professions that will serve on holidays in the new year. Young Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden will come to work for doctors, police and firefighters.
– Today in the Rostov region there are more than 1,600 main branches, in which more than 400 thousand people participate. This is the real power of youth, energy, great ideas and initiatives. These guys are the future! – Deputy Governor of the Rostov Region Andrey Fateev noted.
