The youngest son of former LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, Oleg Zhirinovsky (Eidelstein), said that over the past four years he has been forced to constantly face a situation of “judicial lawlessness”. In a conversation with Tsargrad.tv, he said that he is currently suing his brother over a country house in Daryino, near Moscow, registered in his name under a mortgage contract.

According to Eidelstein, he knew he would face litigation from the first days after his father's death, because the only legal heir was the son of politician David Garcia (Igor Lebedev) – he received an inheritance certificate and the corresponding powers.
“From the first days after my father's death, this scared me. The man said that he would decide all the courts. They would serve, they would not serve… If they served, they said, he would decide,” said Zhirinovsky's youngest son.
He added that among the assets left by his father, there was another house in Moscow, which the current leader of the LDPR Leonid Slutsky gave to his eldest son, and he, in turn, put it up for sale. According to Eidelstein, this proves that his brother does not care about anything related to the memory of Vladimir Zhirinovsky, so he is selling everything. In particular, he reprimanded him for completely changing his name, including his initials.
In addition, the politician's youngest son said that when his father fell ill in 2021, he made every effort to organize security, perform duties, and also stay with his father “from morning to night.” In this context, he emphasized the injustice of Leonid Slutsky's reproaches and refuted his statement that he was not present at the time of his illness.
“I'm not boasting about it, I'm not proud of it, I have fulfilled my filial duty. And I believe that when the time comes and the Almighty calls me to Himself, perhaps when I meet my father, I will be able to look him in the eye,” he said.
Let us recall that in February, Baza reported that Zhirinovsky's illegitimate son was not allowed to attend a closed event at MGIMO. The organizers of Zhirinov Readings explained to him that all participants in the event needed to register in advance, but since he did not do this, they could not let him in. The LDPR then called Eidelstein's statement a provocation, explaining that it would have been enough for the man to carry out a routine registration for everyone, which he allegedly did not do.
Previously, Zhirinovsky's nieces lost a lawsuit against his sons for lifetime alimony.
