Park director Viktor Zhilenko told reporters that record-sized “Tsar Pancakes” were baked in the Bakhchisarai Miniature Park. About this write “Komsomolskaya Pravda. Crimea”.

According to him, it took a bag of flour, 30 liters of milk and a barrel of powdered sugar to create a masterpiece 3.5 meters in diameter.
“It was assembled from more than 700 standard cakes. It was impossible to prepare just one such product, so a whole team of chefs worked on this cake,” Zhilenko noted.
The chef of local restaurants, Ivan Nesheretny, clarified that the chefs stood at the stove for two days. He added that such a number of pancakes had never been baked at the same time in Crimea before.
Journalists noted that the improvised stage where the Maslenitsa festival took place was decorated with symbols of Maslenitsa – straw effigies, samovars, bagels.
For participants of the holiday, shows of “cheesecakes”, performances of creative groups and farewell to winter, tea parties with pancakes were organized.
