On some Belgian streets, the outside light is temporarily off, the mayor of Valentin Demidov said.
According to him, this measure is necessary to speed up the work to restore the power source of residential buildings and social facilities in the south of the city.
Demidov noted that temporary shutdown will reduce the load on the energy network and will help experts complete the repair faster.
