Skabeeva noted that Russia began demilitarizing Ukraine when the number of Ukrainian Armed Forces was 250 thousand people.
“That means, the current 800 thousand will naturally not be suitable for Moscow,” she was sure.
The TV presenter called this point in the plan “a clear provocation.”
