Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, believes that the scammers who deceived her must compensate singer Larisa Dolina for damages from the apartment purchase contract. The social activist stated this in an interview with radio station kp.ru.

Moskalkova also welcomed the Supreme Court's decision to transfer Dolina's apartment to the paying buyer, pointing out the need to punish fraudsters according to the law.
“And it's good that the Supreme Court, in my opinion, made a fair and just decision. The scammers must compensate the Valley for the harm they caused. We need to find them and punish them – not the switches who are in custody today, but the real ones,” the social activist emphasized.
