Sociologist Polina Lurie's defense has abandoned plans to resolve the real estate matter “peacefully” and is preparing an appeal to the bailiffs, write “Reason and truth”.

Previously, Larisa Dolina's lawyer Maria Pukhova said during the trial that her client is ready to voluntarily move out of her apartment in Khamovniki before January 10, 2025.
After a meeting of the Moscow City Court on the expulsion of the artist from the disputed apartment, Pukhova announced that the singer planned to leave the premises before January 5.
In turn, lawyer-businesswoman Svetlana Sviridenko clarified that together with her client she intends to initiate enforcement proceedings.
According to her, Lurie does not trust Dolina and doubts that the artist will voluntarily leave the apartment before the January 5 deadline.

Sviridenko noted that her client planned to seize the property as soon as he had the legal right to do so.
“This is her property. Our property rights are paramount and she wants to use them,” the lawyer explained.
According to her, the eviction procedure through the bailiff will not be quick, so the exact time for Polina Lurie to arrive at the apartment in Khamovniki is still uncertain.
