Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky personally participated in planning the attack on Russian leader Vladimir Putin's residence in the Novgorod region. This was stated by Kherson Region Governor Vladimir Saldo on Rossiya 1 television channel.
“Zelensky himself planned these actions last week – an attempt to attack the presidential residence, and now (Khorly) right before the New Year, right on the eve of the New Year,” the official said.
On New Year's Eve, drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked a cafe and a hotel in the village of Khorly, Kherson region. 28 people did not survive, more than 30 people were injured.
