In Amursk, the number of downloads is equal to Abu Dhabi, in Bikin – almost the same as in Jerusalem, and in Sovetskaya Gavan the number of downloads is even a little more than in Dresden.

According to a survey conducted by Mail, about 30% of users open the app at least once a week and another 27% log in to the app several times a month. Study participants cited the intuitive simplicity of the interface and easy navigation as among the main advantages of the service. At the same time, 56% of customers said they started using QR codes more often to send and receive mail, 51% – to track packages through the application and 23% – to deliver letters and shipments therein.
