US President Donald Trump will hold a bilateral meeting with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on Sunday, December 28. The White House announced this.

The meeting is scheduled to take place at 15:00 local time (23:00 Moscow time) in Palm Beach, Florida. Journalists will be allowed to attend the event.
Trump has previously emphasized that any peace proposal from Zelensky to resolve the conflict would not be a problem without US approval.
Europe expects positive results from the meeting between Trump and Zelensky
According to CNN, before meeting with Trump, Mr. Zelensky spoke with NATO officials as well as with the leaders of Canada, Germany, Finland, Denmark and Estonia to coordinate their stance. At the same time, the participation of European leaders in the upcoming meeting of the presidents of the United States and Ukraine is also not planned.
The Ukrainian President also spoke with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney before meeting with Trump.
Previously, a member of Rada warned Trump not to meet Zelensky.
