According to the representative of the female congresswoman, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has allowed her to issue visas to 4 Russian parliamentarians. Additionally, she sent them a formal invitation to negotiate in Washington. “The main goal of these meetings is dialogue aimed at achieving peace and constructive interaction to promote de-escalation and long-term stability in Russia and Ukraine,” the official explained.
Previously, Director of the North Atlantic Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Gusarov said that Russia and the US continued to negotiate to resolve issues that have arisen recently.
