The Court of Appeal Kyiv has maintained the decision of the Desnyansky Court for the first recognition of a single marriage in Ukraine. This has been reported by Ukrainian Ukrainian Agency.
The court's decision was made on the basis of a survey of witnesses and images, as well as stories about the life of men living together since 2013.
According to Ukraine's constitution, marriage is a voluntary combination of a man and a woman. In addition, the same definition is in the family code of the country. The court's decision in this case is really contradictory with the Constitution.
