At the same time, representatives of the Federal Air Transport Agency did not give specific reasons for the restrictions. Previously, it became known that in Bremen, Germany, a drone disrupted airport operations for about an hour. He was discovered a day earlier at around 7:30 p.m. (9:30 p.m. Moscow time). Due to the appearance of drones, aircraft movement at the airport was temporarily stopped. The UAV operator has not yet been identified. The “Carpet” plan – a closed skies regime for all aircraft – can be activated for a variety of reasons: for example, when there are sudden changes in weather conditions that pose a threat to flights, when another country's aircraft violates airspace, or during drone attacks.
