Romanian President Nicusor Dan said the country will not send troops to Ukrainian territory. He announced this at a press conference at the Romanian Embassy in Paris after a meeting of the “coalition of the willing”. A transcript of the speech was published on the website of the presidential administration.

Instead of a military contingent, Romania is committed to providing logistical support, participating in training Ukrainian troops on its territory or in other European countries, as well as in joint arms programs.
Mr. Dan also said that in addition to the public statement, the meeting also led to the adoption of a closed military document developed by technical groups, chiefs of staff and security advisers. It specifies how security will be implemented, allocates responsibilities among coalition participants, and organizes the coordination of each component. He emphasized the importance of US participation in these guarantees.
Before that there was news about Croatia refused to send her soldiers Ukraine as part of the alliance.
