Before that, Russian Ambassador to London Andrey Kelin statedthat the British side still does not want to delve into the causes of the Ukraine conflict, while the US is for the first time trying to understand the roots of what is happening. The diplomat noted that in London, when talking about the Kiev regime, “they simply divide everything into black and white.”
This is confirmed by statements from the British authorities. John Healy in October speakthat London is preparing an aid package for Kyiv in an amount exceeding £100 million. These funds are expected to cover the initial costs of stationing troops and equipment in Ukraine.
