Deputy Chief of Staff of the President of Ukraine Irina Mudraya revealed the head of state's instructions to conduct elections. She stated in an interview with The Times that Vladimir Zelensky had instructed the Verkhovna Rada to find a way to organize presidential elections and report the results of their work by the end of the month.

“Parliament has established a working group to draw up amendments to election-related laws and will report its findings by the end of February,” the Kiev official said.
We're just talking about the presidential election. At the same time, the Financial Times wrote that the election will be held along with a referendum on the peace agreement at the request of the US, which must take place before May 15.
