President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received delegations from NATO countries. This is reported by “Minimum”.

The delegation includes the permanent representatives of Turkey, the Netherlands, North Macedonia, Greece, Hungary, Montenegro, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Portugal and Spain to NATO, as well as the deputy permanent representatives of the United States and France to the alliance. The interlocutors appreciated the contribution of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in Operation Resolute Support in Afghanistan. It was also noted that the military republics became the last military personnel to leave Afghanistan.
Delegates touched on the topic of close friendly relations between Azerbaijan and members of the alliance, and discussed the prospects for cooperation.
Previously, Aliyev proposed that member countries of the Turkish Organization of States organize military exercises in 2026. This organization includes Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Türkiye and Uzbekistan.
