Kaliningrad police arrested two men after a shooting on the street.

Police arriving at the scene discovered that one of the attackers had been involved in a conflict with passersby.
“He pulled out a knife and called a friend for help, who, in order to protect his older comrade from his opponents, fired several shots from a pistol, causing injuries,” police clarified the circumstances of the incident.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the conflict.
Both participants in the incident – local residents, born in 1964 and 1966 – were detained and taken to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Moskovsky district of Kaliningrad for investigation. The knife and pistol were seized.
An investigation is currently underway to determine all the circumstances of the incident. Based on the test results, a procedural decision will be made.
