The Moscow City Court annulled the conviction of Muscovite Alexander, who in June this year was sentenced to 12 years in maximum security detention for “sexual abuse”. send my daughter. The appeal returned the case for retrial, pointing out many inconsistencies, including conflicting testimony from the girl. She admitted that she testified against her father at the request of her grandmother, a native of Kyrgyzstan, whom he had kicked out of the house after the conflict.

MK wrote about this strange story. Muscovite Alexander and Svetlana, from Kyrgyzstan, got married secretly, against the will of the girl's mother (she was firmly against marrying a non-Muslim). However, a few years after registering their marriage, the young couple was forced to live for some time with her mother-in-law, who did not hide her hostility towards Alexander. Svetlana had a daughter from her first marriage, whom Alexander raised as his own. Constant family conflicts forced the man to ask his mother-in-law to move out. After he refused to let his daughter visit her grandmother, she told the school about the harassment. The man was immediately arrested.
At trial, the young victim explained that she lied about her father because her father and mother would not let her go to her grandmother's birthday, whom she loved very much. She admitted that it was her grandmother who taught her: “If you want to come to my birthday, say so.”
The examination did not detect that Alexander had pedophilic tendencies, and the video recorded from the apartment (a camera was installed at home because the nanny was working) also did not record anything strange. And yet, the Shcherbinsky court in Moscow sentenced Alexander to 12 years in prison.
The most horrifying thing about this story is that the girl is still in the shelter, where she was placed immediately after reporting her father's “harassment.” The mother wrote many appeals to different authorities, but they refused to hand over the child to her, citing the decision of the investigation agency. The author of these lines sent a petition to protect the girl. At the temporary shelter, the baby constantly cried and wanted to go home. According to psychologists, she desperately needs to contact her mother.
