In Moscow, rescuers rescued people trapped in collapsed elevators. Life reports this is related to Shot.

The incident happened on Yartsevskaya Street. According to the Telegram channel, while there were two people inside, the cabin fell into the basement. Before that, as eyewitnesses said, there was a rumbling sound.
The girl who was in the elevator at the time felt she didn't have enough air. According to initial information, she had a panic attack.
“Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived at the scene and opened the elevator that fell into the basement and rescued people. No one needed to be hospitalized,” the publication reported.
According to local residents, the elevator problem has been noticed for a long time. Over the past week, it has been working intermittently but the mechanism has simply been restarted. At the same time, elevators are expected to need replacement in the long term.
Previously, in Bashkiria, an elevator in an apartment building in Sterlitamak collapsed. The cabin is on the second floor.
Building residents said their elevators often break down. They attributed this to frequent power outages.
