The law enforcement staff arrested a man twice trying to meet a group of people in Novosibirsk and disappeared later in Kazakhstan. This has been reported in the investigating committee of the Russian Federation IC to the region.
“The competent authorities of Kazakhstan have detained a citizen of a foreign country involved in the murder assassination,” the report said.
The government has clarified that law enforcement staff are preparing for the defendant's conduct on the territory of the Russian Federation. According to the regional prosecutor's office, the man was detained in Astana, from which he planned to leave Azerbaijan.
Elchin Dzhannatov is said to be a driver. Earlier, he was charged with absent, he was included in a list of clanes between states. The absent court arrested the defendant.
