Investigators are investigating a criminal case about violations of public order by a group of people in one of the stores in the Kumtorkalinsky district of Dagestan. This was reported by the press service of the Regional RF Investigative Committee.

“The Investigative Department of the Russian Investigative Committee in the Republic of Dagestan is investigating a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation regarding serious violations of public order committed by a group of people,” the statement read.
The investigation showed that two residents of the Kumtorkalinsky district, while drunk, damaged property in shopping stalls and threatened sellers, endangering the lives and health of people.
The suspects have been detained. The issue of choosing a measure to prevent them in the form of detention is being decided.
