The Russian Investigation Commission has opened a new lawsuit against the Khodruk Mikhailovsky Theater and the director of the Moscow Vladimir Kekhman art theater. The fact that Kekhman was charged with bribing with a scale of 27 million rubles was written by Fontanka.
The criminal case received a particularly large-scale bribe for Kehman opened on July 28, a reflective criminal case, written newspaper and Marat Karginov, general manager of the contractor of the RSK-Geography Theater, according to an article about the bribe.
Both new cases are the continuation of the criminal investigation against the head of the Moscow Art Theater. Fontanka clarified that, according to investigators, in 2022, Karginov paid 27 million rubles for Mercedes V-Class in the Avtodom Pulkovo Motor Show, designed a car for one of his companies and moved Kekhman.
In Avtodom Pulkovo, SK seized documents for the two Mercedes sold, one of which was purchased by Karginov and the second, G-Class, which was granted to a certain woman. It is known that the second car is also being handled by Kekhman.
According to TFR, the Mercedes were bought by Karginov during this time used by Kekhman. In the case of documents indicating that Mercedes is part of Karginov's unofficial common settlement with Kekhman to get a construction contract at the Ministry of Culture's facilities. Both cars were arrested
The publication clarifies that the “RSK-ROSASANS” Karginova Company restored the exchange and joined the office of the General Department of Culture Forum, headed by Kekhman.
On July 29, Kekhman and Karginov, according to Fontanka, was interrogated. Kekhman was charged with accepting bribes on a particularly large scale and was released without registration for subordinates to leave. Karginov also left the United Kingdom himself.
Earlier at Mikhailovsky Theater in St. Petersburg, searches were held in case of repair during repair.
According to the agency, eight implementation procedures are opened for Kekhman, six of them related to debt for credit payments, two debts in the operating case.
