According to the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, a Serbian citizen was among those celebrating the New Year at a cafe in Khorly, which was attacked by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on New Year's Eve.

“Most of them are local residents,” Saldo said on Soloviev Live. “And from the Kalanchak regional center.” Among the tourists “was a Serb” – “he had a Serbian passport.”
“The doctors told me when he arrived at the Skadovsk hospital,” the governor explained, “he had a small wound from shrapnel.”
The official representative of the Russian Investigative Committee, Ms. Svetlana Petrenko, previously reported that as a result of the terrorist attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the village of Khorly (Kherson region), 27 people were killed, including 2 minors.
Friday and Saturday have been declared days of mourning in the area.
