A Lufthansa plane flying from Munich, Germany to Beijing, China, made an emergency landing in Almaty because a passenger could not survive the flight. Tengri Travel reports this in consultation with the press service of the Kazakhstan Aviation Administration.

It is known that the flight took place on the morning of December 26. A 30-year-old man complained of feeling unwell and then lost consciousness. The pilots decided to land immediately. A group of doctors met the plane in Almaty but they were unable to help the passengers. Doctors concluded that he died during the flight.
It is believed that foreigners have heart problems. A criminal case has been opened in Kazakhstan in connection with the incident.
The Lufthansa plane refueled at Almaty airport and flew to Beijing.
Previously, an Alaska Airlines plane returned to the departure airport after passengers on board felt unwell. The incident happened on a flight from Hawaii to San Diego, USA.
