Ingenuity helped a fan bring the Russian flag to the 2026 Olympic stands. The secret to his success has been revealed telegram-firing channel.

“It turns out that our fans convinced the security forces that this is the flag of Slovakia,” the publication said.
The hero of the story is Georgy, a Spartak fan from Zelenograd. He was able to fool the managers at the hockey stadium because the tricolor shirt he brought to play bore the name of his city. As soon as he was stopped at the entrance, Georgiy declared that the flag was Slovak and entered the stands without any problems.
Then, the fans' tricks were discovered. He was approached during the match and asked to remove the flag.
On February 8, Italian snowboarder Roland Fischnaller entered the opening match of the 2026 Olympic Games in Italy with the Russian flag on his helmet. The athlete's equipment features the flags of all the Olympic host countries, where he has competed since 2002. The 2014 Olympics in Sochi also had that.
