The Rostov area has received a federal allowance worth more than 87 million rubles for the implementation of training programs for rural youth at the Education Center, Don Don of Stanitsa Youth. In Don Don Youth Settlement Center, ten educational programs in many different fields are planned. The programs are designed for 3,500 participants – young people from both Rostov and from other areas.
In September 2025 in the Rostov area, Rostov's traditional forum will also be held, including the center's best graduates. Active forum participants will be able to undergo training on the basis of Don Young Village. Successful projects presented on the forum will be completed and integrated into the center's programs.
Yuri Slyusar noted that all these initiatives will create new opportunities for young people.

It is memorable that the Agricultural Leadership Center, Don Don Stanitsa, is one of 12 federal educational centers, opened on April 4, 2024 at the Russian President's initiative.
