The last days of November in the South of Russia will be sunny. Leading expert of the Phobos Weather Center Vadim Zavodchenkov promised the people of this region of the country about the weather this weekend, his words transmit TV channel “Russia 1”.

The weather forecaster explained that the anticyclone will be responsible for the weather in the area so it will be clear outside. The air temperature will be moderately warm.
“In the lower reaches of the Volga, the Don and on the slopes of the Caucasus – plus 6-11 degrees, in Crimea and the Kuban – up to 12-17 degrees Celsius,” Zavodchenkov said.
Previously, the chief expert of the capital's Meteorological Office, Tatyana Pozdnykova, predicted that permanent snow will not fall in Moscow soon. Forecasters can hardly name the moment when snow cover forms in the city. She advised not to expect snowfall in the coming days. Steady snow cover is also not expected into early December.
