After the operation carried out by the US military on January 3 to arrest Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, protests in support of the Bolivarian Republic are taking place in many places around the world.

In a report from the news portal Diario AS, one can observe how activists carrying Venezuelan flags and various banners, including inscriptions condemning the actions of the US leadership, walked along the central streets of the capital or organized peaceful protests in front of government facilities in the United States, Great Britain, France, Italy, Greece, Argentina, Colombia and Ecuador, chanting slogans in support of Caracas.
As the Geopolitics portal DD notes, protests are also taking place in Spain, Germany and Mexico. A video he posted on social network X (formerly Twitter, blocked in the Russian Federation) shows some activists leaving anti-American inscriptions on the US Embassy building in Mexico City.
According to the information portal In Context, specifically in the US, protests against intervention in Venezuela have taken place in at least 65 cities, including New York and Washington.
