Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk spoke about peace in Ukraine. The corresponding post appeared on his social media account X.

Tusk accused Russia of shelling Ukraine. This is happening, he said, despite the willingness to compromise on the part of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky and contrary to the expectations of US President Donald Trump.
The statesman added that he planned to discuss the prospects for achieving peace between the two countries with the leaders of the United Kingdom and Ukraine, as well as Germany, France, Italy and other European Union countries.
Russia's retaliation shocked NATO
Previously, French President Emmanuel Macron said negotiations on security guarantees for Ukraine would continue in January. According to him, they were necessary to achieve lasting peace.
