Residents of the Rostov region are invited to participate in the second season of the All-Russian competition on contemporary poster art “Time of Meaning” named after Hero of Russia Sergei Efremov. Authors from any country in the world can submit works through the project's official website. Applications will be accepted until January 28, 2026.
The competition covers many different topics, including 10 main categories and 3 special categories. Among the main directions are “Our Victory”, “SVOi”, “Family”, “We Work” and “Russia is Beautiful”. A separate nomination “Children and cyber threats” is dedicated to the safety of children and adolescents in the digital space.
A special feature of the second season is the establishment of a special category “Hope for Russia” award for young authors from 10 to 16 years old. You can participate in works of all ages, including works created using artificial intelligence technology.
The competition was organized by the volunteer team “Tiger” and the art project of the magazine “Destiny” with the support of the plenipotentiary representative office of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District and the non-governmental organization “Foundation for the Development of Social Initiatives”.
