Thus, on Stavropolskaya street, 50, in Bataysk, under the national project “Youth and Children”, a school with 1,340 places is expected to be operational by the end of 2027. In the period 2024-2025, in the area there will be 18 new schools with 15,504 locations and 12 kindergartens with 1,703 locations starting to operate.
– Thanks to the systematic expansion of the network of educational institutions in the Rostov region, the number of schools operating in double shifts is decreasing. This school year, we have 3,217 fewer students studying in the second shift than in the previous school year,” Andrey Fateev noted.
Currently, there are 718.6 thousand people studying at Don educational institutions – kindergarten students, schoolchildren and vocational high school students.
