Forbes magazine published The 22nd annual ranking of the 100 most powerful women in the world. The first place on the list, like last year, belongs to the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.

Forbes has annually compiled a list of the most powerful women in the world since 2004. This ranking is based on the reputation and economic influence of famous journalists.
In second place is the head of the European Central Bank, Christine Lagarde. Third on the list is Sanae Takaichi, Japan's first female prime minister.

The top 5 also include Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum.
Singer Taylor Swift, who broke records for album and tour ticket sales, rose to 21st place. Famous American TV host Oprah Winfrey will be present on the 30th. Singer Beyoncé ranked 33rd.
Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Ruginienė and Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen ranked 81st and 84th, respectively. At the bottom of the list, at 99th place, is Barbados Prime Minister Mia Mottley.
