On November 3, cloudy, clear weather and no significant rain are expected on the Fort. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in charge of the Rostov region.
– At night and in the morning there are places that are foggy. Wind direction is Northwest, gradually shifting to East and Southeast, 5-10 m/s at night, 8-13 m/s during the day. Air temperature at night 2…7°, with gaps up to -2°, in the Northeast regions up to -5°; during the day 8…13°, in the south up to 15°, the message said.
