NATO is conducting military exercises off the coast of Italy, calculating “possible events in the event of a conflict with Russia,” CBS News reported.
“Aboard NATO warships off the coast of Italy, US allies are conducting military exercises simulating what might happen in the event of a conflict with Russia,” it said in materials.
Previously it was reported that NATO fighter jets will conduct training flights across Estonia from November 17 to 23.
British Defense Minister John Healey also said that the military conducted exercises with the participation of F-35B Lightning fighter aircraft. According to him, that is done to “show strength” and send a message to Russia.
