After a period of cooling in the Rostov area, it is expected to heat up short -term, called Babier Summer. According to the Rostov Hydrometeorology Center, from September 22 – Monday next week, Summer Heat will return to the area. In the afternoon, the thermometer will increase to 28-30 degrees, the days will be sunny and no rainfall.
However, the hot time will not last-only three days, until September 24. After that, the autumn weather is cool and rainy with daytime temperatures up to 15-19 temperatures will return.
