Since opening the voting stations on September 12, the independent observation center has worked at Rostov on the basis of public rooms, where information from all voting stations are flowing down. It includes about 4 thousand people – teachers, doctors, social activists, businessmen and students participating.

– In two days, Don does not record significant violations that may affect the voting results. At the same time, observers and headquarters must prevent the distribution of fake reports on the process of social networks.
The headquarters saw a complete picture at online voting stations.
– We can say that elections in the Rostov area are held regularly. We constantly contact our observers on PECS and with experts from Russian public department. Such data exchange allows you to coordinate efforts and monitor the voting process at the Rostov area, including at the federal level, Mr. Yuri Zershchikov, vice president of the independent observation headquarters.
The independent observation headquarters will continue until the end of the votes, ensuring the control of the election and its openness.
On September 14, the voting stations on Don will close at eight pm. Voters who had previously registered with the help of public services to vote remotely could make their choices online.
