The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia said that on her birthday she organized a creative evening in support of the Church of the Archangel Michael in the village of Tarakanovo, together with artists performing songs based on her lyrics.

She posted a video on her microblog: Kirkorov performs a version of the song Speak Softly, Love – “Speak Quietly, My Love” – by musician Nino Rota with lyrics by Larry Cusick. The cover presented by Kirkorov has an inscription by Maria Zakharova.
In May 2025, in the center of the Austrian capital Vienna, people celebrating Victory Day played the song “Return of Memory”, written in poetry by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
