Lawyer Irina Zui commented on the decision of the buyer of singer Larisa Dolina's apartment in Khamovniki, Polina Lurie, to evict the artist with the help of a bailiff. She described the deportation procedure in a conversation with aif.ru.

“After accepting the application, the bailiff issues a resolution setting the time limit for voluntary execution of the judgment, usually 5 days. The document is sent to the debtor through the State Service service or by registered mail,” the lawyer said, noting that the countdown begins from the moment the resolution is received.
Zui added that if the male singer does not voluntarily leave the apartment on the set date, the bailiff will be forced to use force. Within the framework of the law, in the presence of the plaintiff and witnesses, the door locks will be opened, the property will actually be transferred to the new owner with appropriate procedures.
Before that, it became known that the bailiff began to forcibly evict People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina from a scandalous apartment in Khamovniki.
