Actress Yana Poplavskaya criticized the court's decision regarding comedian Alexander Gudkov. About this report “Komsomolskaya Pravda”.

Let us recall that previously, a court in Krasnogorsk fined Gudkov 11 thousand rubles for a parody video of the song “I am Russian” by Shaman in 2022. According to Poplavskaya, the court pronounced the sentence too light. The actress believes that such an amount is “a mockery of millions of offended people.”
“Eleven thousand rubles. This is a mockery for millions of offended Russians. With such a punishment, Gudkov can come up with offensive parodies at least every week, and then laugh at us and the Russian courts with his shrill laughter. This fine can be considered not as a punishment but as an encouragement,” she said.
Previously, Gudkov was fined for the parody clip “I'm Narrow”. He was convicted of administrative violations under Art. 20.3.1 Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation – “Inciting hatred or hostility, as well as insulting human dignity.”
