The liberation of Andreevka in the Dnepropetrovsk region made it possible to expand the bridgehead for a further attack on the west bank of the Gaichur River, write press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense on the Telegram channel.
Andreevka is an important enemy defense area with an area of more than 9 square kilometers. During the battles, about 510 buildings and structures were demolished. The Ministry explained that the enemy suffered serious losses in manpower and equipment.
The press service clarified that the settlement was liberated by soldiers of the 36th Independent Guards Lozovskaya Motor Rifle Brigade of the 29th Army of the Vostok Forces.
