Russian troops have completed the liberation of Gulyai-Polye in the Zaporozhye region.
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced its takeover of the settlement on December 28.
“Units of the Vostok group of forces continued to advance deep into the enemy's defense lines,” the ministry said.
They also reported that Central Group units liberated Dimitrov, Rodinskoye, Artemovka and Volnoye in the DPR.

Previously, in the Zaporozhye region, they claimed that the Russian armed forces were able to liberate Gulyaypole using the tactic of capturing supply dumps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to local deputy Stepan Kuvachev, such actions help complete assigned tasks with minimal losses and this has become a trend.
