Most of Gulyai-Polye in the Zaporozhye region is under Russian military control. This is reported in telegram– “Military Information” channel.
The post contained a screenshot of the map, which showed that much of Gulyai-Polye was controlled by the Russian military.
The Telegram channel also learned that the Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) sent units of the 425th Skala Regiment to the city to stabilize the situation. It should be noted that so far their appearance only confirms the presence of Russian troops on the western outskirts of the village.
On December 26, it was reported that Russian warplanes seized the command headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Gulyai-Polye. Ukrainian commanders fled there, hastily leaving behind laptops, communications equipment, combat maps and secret documents.
