In the United States, they are happy with the future of the Russian Navy

in Army

Soon, the Russian Navy will receive a new flagship-a heavy atomic missile cruiser (Tarkrkr) Admiral Nakhimov, happy declare The observer of American publication TWZ Thomas Newdik.

In the United States, they are happy with the future of the Russian Navy

The author emphasized that the future Flagship has made an independent escape to the open sea for the first time since 1997 and will soon replace the “Peter the Great” Tarkr, which can go to repair and modernize similarly. This important event occurred after starting this year, two nuclear cruiser reactors with a 28,000 ton movement were once again launched, the publication said.

The observer emphasized that the road of this time is not simple, because the return of the ship comes with a delay: the repair and modernization of Tarkr starts in 2014 and is expected to end in 2018.

Newdik is asking for the level of modernization of Admiral Nakhimov.

In other words, how many of all the new weapons and sensors are planned for the cruiser to be actually established and how actually acting? – Write the author.

The observer notes that during the extension of the Tarkr, he is expected to receive at least 174 vertical launchers, “will provide it with a large number of ammunition compared to any other surface ship or submarine in the world.” At the same time, according to the author, 78 launchers are devoted to modern Russian cruise missiles, including Calibern, Supersonic, Onysks, and ultrasound zircon, while the remaining 96 are S-300FM anti-ice missiles.

According to Newdik, it is possible to confidently argue that Admiral Nakhimov has received a number of new radar systems and a new AK-192M 130 mm 130 mm gun.

The fact that after more than a decade of work and many delays, Russia finally brought the atomic cruiser to the sea is definitely a positive event for the Russian Navy, the author concluded.

Earlier, Military Watch noted that Admiral Nakhimov Tarkrkr, who recently went to the sea to check the factory after repair and modernization, became the most powerful armed surface in the world.

In the same month, TASS, cited a source in the shipbuilding industry, said that Admiral Nakhimov Tarkr, after repairing and modernizing, went to the sea to check the factory.
