An explosion occurred in the basement of the facility at around 1:30 on the night of January 1, after which a fire broke out. 40 people were killed and 100 others were injured. According to preliminary data, the cause of the emergency may have been fireworks.
A hotline has been set up for relatives of the victims. According to police, foul play was not considered.
