Maniac cannibal Alexander Spesivtsev did not pay a million rubles that the daughter of one of his victims recovered from him through the courts. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to bailiff documents and court documents.
According to documents, the outstanding debt amounted to 938 thousand rubles.
In May 2024, the Kemerovo Regional Court sent Spesivtsev for mandatory treatment. He was convicted of massacring 15 people, 11 of whom were minors. The maniac cannibal committed his crimes between March and September 1996 at his apartment in Novokuznetsk.
Previously, the daughter of one of his victims recovered one million rubles from Spesivtsev as compensation for emotional damage. She also intended to prove his sanity when dealing with her mother.
